Clinkmama Hostel Amsterdam

We absolutely loved staying at this hostel! The location was fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from Waterlooplein, giving us easy access to everything we wanted to see in the city. The communal areas were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, and the eco-conscious aspects of the hostel were really impressive. As vegetarians, we loved that there was a big open kitchen with lots of equipment that we could use to prepare our own meals. The evening activities organized by the young staff were a great way to meet others and have fun. it was the best hostel we've stayed at!

This hidden gem is perfectly located, close to the city center yet far enough to provide a peaceful night's sleep. Nestled next to a picturesque canal, the surroundings add to the charm of the hotel. The rooms are incredibly cozy with ridiculously comfortable beds, ensuring a restful stay. The bathroom is clean and well-stocked, boasting eco-friendly products. The staff are friendly and accommodating, making you feel welcome throughout your stay. The kitchen is pristine with plenty of cooking utensils, while the common room is spacious enough for socializing.

Some Asian guests may find the bathroom mirror too high for their convenience.

Big showers with clothes-changing area, well-equipped kitchen. Huge common areas with chargers and cozy spots. Exceptional canal view in dorm room. Comfortable beds and clean linens. Helpful staff, central location, and eco-friendly touches like recycled light bulbs and toilet paper hangers. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located in a beautiful area near to the city center and right by the common area. The cleanliness and hotel facilities were excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The atmosphere was super cool and laid back, with big armchairs and even swings! The employees were helpful, especially when I mentioned my allergies. They changed my pillow and covers, made my stay so much easier. I would definitely recommend staying at Ecomama.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was really friendly and accommodating, and they allowed me to store my luggage before and after check-in. The location is perfect, right on the canal in a nice and calm area. It was easy to walk to popular attractions like Dam Square and the Red Light District. The prices were reasonable and the value for money was great. I also appreciated the attention to detail, with metal bunk beds in most hostels, and the rooms had a shower in the bathrooms from the bedrooms. Plus, breakfast was included, which was a nice bonus.

All was good, nothing to complain about.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cool temperature even in the heat. The bathroom was large and had plenty of space. It was nice to be able to have a beer upon arrival and store our food in the fridge/freezer.

The staff seemed a bit unfriendly and unhelpful, especially when I encountered an issue. The location was quite far from the tourist area, making it inconvenient to get around.
